No matter what you pledge to do, your participation will provide hope, opportunity and strength to our Niagara County families, clinical staff and volunteers.

Held annually in March right before the official beginning of spring, the Spring Bouquet Sale enlists the help of churches, businesses, schools and organizations throughout Niagara County to help sell beautiful, fresh bouquets of flowers. This event relies heavily on volunteers and our community partners to be successful. Become a pre-sale coordinator, a walk-up sale location, or help deliver during the week of the sale. If you are interested in helping with the sale, call 280-0766.

What is a Gran Fondo? A Gran Fondo is a type of ride that originated in Italy and translates to Big Ride. Known as a party on wheels, Gran Fondos offer food and refreshments along the route and are followed by huge post-race parties. The Hospice Gran Fondo offers all that and more! Several of the refreshment stops are at Niagara Wine Trail wineries. The wineries also offer tastings and sell wine by the bottle at the post-race party. The post-race party features live music, draft beer, wine tastings, fruit, water, and more! The Hospice Gran Fondo offers riders the opportunity to ride along some of the most beautiful bike routes WNY has to offer. Riders can ride 62 miles (100 km), 30 miles, or 15 miles. The Mighty Niagara Half Marathon was first introduced by event chairman Paul Beatty, Jr. in the fall of 2011 as the Hospice Dash Half Marathon. The event was such a huge success that Niagara Hospice decided to promote the race on a national level and make it a premier annual event. The  dedicated race committee has gone to great lengths to make sure that this is the one race you will want to mark on your calendar year after year. This race offers it all: a pre-race concert, live music along the route, historic sites, beautiful views of the Niagara River and Lake Ontario, post-race celebration, high-quality racing t-shirts, custom-made race medals to commemorate your great achievement, great food, and so much more! So, are YOU mighty? Cocktails and CA$H is presented by the Niagara Hospice board of directors and is highlighted on the calendars of regular guests every year (usually occurring in October), each wondering if they will be the holder of the ticket for the grand prize of $5,000. This event has changed venues, themes and caterers, but the constant has always been the people of this community giving generously to support the compassionate care of Niagara Hospice. Tickets are $100 that include dinner for two catered by Donna Eick, drinks and one entry to win one of 13 cash prizes of up to $5,000. The event also includes a basket raffle, 50/50 split, silent auction, a diamond raffle and the Wheel of Prizes.
