Niagara Hospice will hold the 13^th Annual Hospice Gran Fondo on August 1. “Gran Fondo” originates from Italy, where long-distance bike rides are followed by big celebrations. The event starts and ends at the Niagara Hospice campus, located at 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY. 

The Hospice Gran Fondo offers a 15 mile, 33 mile or 62 mile route. Each route features a number of rest stops stocked with refreshments. Following the ride, participants return to the Niagara Hospice campus for the post-race party, complete with food, drinks and live music. For those not taking part in the ride, a separate ticket may be purchased to enjoy the after party.

Many individuals ride in memory of a loved one.
