You can create a free obituary for a loved one to be published on the Niagara Hospice obituary page. Just fill out the form below and attach a photo if you would like. It is recommended to type your obituary and save it first in a word processing document and then copy and paste it into the form below. You can click here to see a list of questions to help guide the writing of the obituary.

If you would like to receive a preview link before it is published, check the box at the bottom.
