The Newfane Teachers Association recently donated $1,500 in proceeds from their Scholarship/Hospice Fundraiser to Niagara Hospice. Additional funds raised from the event will be used for college scholarships for high school students.

Newfane Teachers Association President Joe Najuch and Treasurer Renee Luck organized the event which featured food, basket raffles, and more.

"Niagara Hospice is a cause close to so many in Newfane", said Luck, "we are glad to be able to support their important work, while helping local students attend college."

Niagara Hospice has been providing care to patients and families dealing with end-of-life illness since 1988. It's never too early to call Niagara Hospice to learn how they can help care for your loved one.
