The family of a former Niagara Hospice patient has extended their hearts and hands to put on the 9th Annual Peggy's Day of Hope. It is a fundraiser held each year by the Pytlik family in memory of PeggyAnn Pytlik, and this year also in honor of Richard Pytlik. The Pytlik family has chosen Niagara Hospice as recipient for this years' proceeds. The Day of Hope was held at Fireman's Park in Tonawanda. Complete with live entertainment by Crash Cadillac, a basket raffle, silent auction, kids games and more, over 200 people joined in the festivities to support hospice care in Niagara County. "The Pytlik Family has always been a special part of our Niagara Hospice family," says Mandy Raff Event Coordinator for the Niagara Hospice Alliance, "and we are honored to accept the proceeds from Peggy and Richard's Day of Hope." This years' event proceeds totaled $3,760.00.
