Being Mortal Screening

Fri Apr 28th, 2017 - 2 to 4 pm
Join us for this PBS Frontline documentary that explores relationships between health care workers and patients as they near the end of life.

Being Mortal follows New Yorker writer and Boston surgeon,
Atul Gawande, as he studies relationships that exist between health
care workers and patients as they near the end of life. The 60-minute
PBS Frontline documentary shines a light on how patients, families,
and doctors all experience the end stages of life, and encourages
conversation about how to live life to the fullest extent possible.

A panel of professionals will address questions and comments
immediately following the screening.
