| NIAGARA HOSPICE HOUSE OPENS DOORS |

Hospice family member Randy Schultz and Niagara Hospice co-founder and board member Patricia Evans hold the ceremonial key to Niagara Hospice House before opening the doors to the new hospice residence on Wednesday.
Campaign co-chairs Linda Pellegrino and John Murphy led a brief program before Patricia Evans, Niagara Hospice co-founder and board member, and Randy Schultz, a hospice family member, officially opened the doors to the new facility.
Among other amenities, the residence boasts a 1,000 gallon salt water aquarium, and fireplaces and flat-screen TV’s in two family gathering rooms. In addition, patients will have access to two spa rooms and each patient suite has a flat-screen TV, a private bath, an easy chair/sleeper for family, and a window seat with a view of the Hospice Memorial Gardens.
The 18-suite hospice residence and in-patient facility is expected to accept its first patient next week.
